The Consumer Products Safety Commission posted an update to their study on chromated copper arsenate (CCA)-treated wood.

The CPSC has been studying possible mitigation measures “...to decrease the amount of dislodgeable arsenic from CCA-treated wood...” This is probably one you want to check up on if you have gently used playground equipment.
