The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has announced a recall of ready-to-eat meat products for possible listeria contamination. The recall covers approximately 363,332 pounds of meat distributed to stores and institutions in Michigan, Ohio and New York.
According to National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), about 190,000 car seats are being recalled because the harness on the seat can loosen after the child is buckled in. Car seats owners are asked to make sure the seat is adjusted properly, and to continue using the seat since it provides greater crash protection than a seat belt alone.
